The title of the movie is underneath the main characters so it shows the actors are more important than the name of the movie. The genre of this movie is and action movie as you can tell by the jets in the back-ground flying in front of the sun which implies that the movie is mainly about the jests or the airforce. The main characters, or the most important characters, are on the of the movie poster and therefore people who particularly like Tom Cruse will more than likely watch the movie if they are a big fan. in the back-ground go the main characters there are clouds which shows how high the jets are and the slogan gives evidence that the male character will be "up there with the best of the best".  The billing block at the bottom of the poster show all the producers and supporting actors that are in the movie and therefore this gives them credit for their work.

The name of the movie is showed in big bold letters as it is well known movie that many, many people, internationally know and love. It is in line with the names of the characters because it shows that they are just as important and have the same billing.  The genre is musical/ comedy, as they all seem happy and enjoying them selves as if they where dancing along to all the songs from ABBA on the front cover. This poster shows the old, original cast that where in the first movie and the new cast there have been casted to be the younger characters. The film poster also shows that they are on an island because they are all stood on a pier standing over the ocean. This film poster is a challenge to the typical posters as it doesn't have a billing block with the directors names and cast on it and there it is unoriginal. The famous characters on the front will be a huge selling point of the movie as everyone will know them for example Cher, Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and many more who people will recognise.
